Rigid Bottle Foam

is a two component cyclopentane based system that was originally developed as a hand mixed system for joints, T-joints and bends for district heating pipes.

It can also be used for pipe insulation in general. A water based version as well as a B-2 version are available if fire retarded qualities are demanded, i.e. for chemical plants, ships etc. The two component bottles are ideal for repairments and smaller jobs where mixing equipment is not available or difficult to be transported to the working site.

Good cell structure and other physical properties are achieved if handled correctly.
United Foam produces bottles ranging from 220 g to 6500 g per set. (A+B)
